Your business name, address, phone number, website, email and the notes you send with an order. We also store invoices and support messages.
Why we need it
Your business details are the product. We submit them to directories so your listings match. Your email is used for order updates and replies.
Who sees your data
The directories and map services where we place your listing. Our payment provider, for the payment itself. Nobody else. We do not sell data.
Public by design
A citation is meant to be public. Once a listing is live, the name, address and phone number are visible to anyone. Send us only details you want published.
How long we keep it
Order records stay for seven years, because tax rules ask for that. Support emails are deleted after two years. You can ask us to remove your account data at any time.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you logged in and simple traffic counts to see which pages people read. No ad tracking.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@napbacklinks.com and we reply within five working days.
