1. Who we are
NAP Backlinks builds business listings that carry your name, address and phone number. When you place an order, you agree to the terms on this page.
2. What you order
Each package lists the number of citations and the listing types included. We submit your details to real directories. We do not promise a fixed ranking position, because no one controls search engines.
3. Your details must be correct
You give us the exact business name, address, phone number and website. We copy them as written. If your details change after the work starts, we may charge again for edits.
4. Delivery time
Most orders are finished inside the window shown on the pricing card. Some directories review submissions by hand, so a few listings can arrive later. We send a report with every live link.
5. Payment
Orders are paid before work begins. Prices include our fee for research, submission and reporting. Directory fees, where they exist, are covered by us unless stated.
6. Refunds
If we have not started your order, you get a full refund. Once submissions are sent, we refund the part that was not delivered. We cannot refund listings that a directory removes later for its own reasons.
7. What you may not do
Do not order listings for a business you do not own or represent. Do not send us details for illegal products, adult content or fake addresses. We cancel such orders without a refund.
8. Liability
We are responsible for the work we deliver. We are not responsible for lost sales, ranking drops or actions taken by third party sites.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows the last change. Orders follow the terms that were live on the day you paid.
